GOODBYE GJASULA!

There he goes! Out of the club and out of the team. On Wednesday coach Krassimir Balakov throw two players out of the team: Franco Di Jorio and Jürgen Gjasula. Di Jorio played the last months just in the U21 team and he wasn’t really important. If you would ask me I would say he did nothing for the team. He was just there. So it doesn’t matter if he is gone.
But then there is Gjasula. And he was the regisseur although he didn’t achieve many goals. But he was there and I think he fought for the team. The team needed him! He scored 6 goals and even if the most of them were penalties he SCORED them! And now he is out! From one day to another! The reason: These two guys seemed to be not to a hundred percent by the team and they couldn’t fight the way they should have been. Says the coach. It was just his decision. And plenty of fans are glad now because almost nobody liked Gjasula. But I did it. He was smart, he had talent. Of course he wasn’t a real fighter like Zelli is, but please! Zelli can do nothing but fighting!
As soon as I heard about this decision a question popped up in my mind. Can a team that is struggling against relegation afford a loss like that??? Well, I don’t know if they can descend deeper than that but perhaps they can convince me tomorrow that the decision was the right one.

To come away from that crime that turns into a drama, I want to speak about the – actually – most original topic this week: Panini! These damn expensive little stickers that increase a big addiction in a great deal of people. I’m still not sure if I should kick the habit or collect all my money and be happy^^. And it IS an addiction for me! I want those little stickers, I really want or even need them! But where do I take the money from? Now you all say: Why do you just…DON’T buy them?? And then I would have to remember you that it’s a souvenir to the EM in our own country! They even have a special edition of the Panini Stickers for Switzerland because it is a host city! There are more Swiss stickers available and you see for example any Barnettas or Senderos’ in action.

Now I sit here and tell you that I’m addicted to stickers!! But let’s say: I’m not alone! “You never walk alone!” Sing it for Liverpool because they reached semi final in the Champions League. Clap for ManU and for Barcelona for their success! And stand up for the (champions!) Glasgow Rangers! They are the BEST!
